Refunds are handled after an approved return is received and inspected. Our goal is to be fair, fast, and clear about what can be refunded.
After inspection, eligible refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing time can vary by payment provider after Parts Legion releases the refund.
Original shipping is generally not refundable unless Parts Legion made the error. Return shipping, freight charges, payment-provider limits, and manufacturer restocking fees may apply. Standard returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a carrier issue, contact us before installing or discarding packaging so we can document the issue and work toward the right fix.
Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and returned products may remove rewards, discounts, promotional credits, or other benefits earned from the affected order.
